ACGBs have opened dealing ~5bps richer across the major benchmarks. Support has been seen in early dealing on spillover from US Tsys which rose on risk-off flows and an uptick in 2024 rate cut expectations.

  • XM (+0.04) and YM (+0.05) are a touch firmer in early trade, both contracts remain well within recent ranges.
  • RBA dated futures see the cash rate steady in Feb 24 at 4.35%, there are ~60bps of cuts by Dec 24.
  • The local docket is empty today, due tomorrow November Private Sector Credit rounds off the week's docket.
