STOCKS: Risk-off sentiment echoes through the markets after mixed earning
reports and ahead of the European Central Bank meeting on Thursday. Investors
have retreated away from Wall Street and European Indices which mostly closed
their overnight sessions down. 
- Asia stocks holding up slightly, the Topix thanking machinery makers and
electronics as some firms raised their operating forecasts. 
- The Nikkei 225 was last around 45pts up at 21751.94 as Energy represents the
best performing sector.
- The KOSPI rose to a 2 month high after SK Q3 GDP came in up 1.4%, forecasted
to rise just 0.9%.
- ASX 200 only very slightly up after exports & imports data showed declines and
ahead of the RBA Debelle speaks in Sydney in a few hours.
