DOLLAR-YEN: Risk outlook gains another boost as market reacts positively as
China unveils first list of tariff exemptions on US goods. This outlook provides
USD/JPY with further lift as rate edges above earlier high of Y107.78 to
Y107.85. Rate retains an underlying buoyant tone, decent buying has been noted
through the Asian session though countered in part by suggested corporate
supply, linked to the financial half year. Move sees rate touch the topside of
its 1.0% 10-dma envelope (Y107.85), progress above likely to prove sticky.
Expect resistance into Y108.00.
