STOCKS: Risk sentiment was a little more positive at the start of the week, with
no untoward weekend developments apparent.
- The Nikkei 225 added well over 1.0% in early dealing as a result, before a
negative start to the week for Chinese equities weighed on broader risk
appetite.
- The CSI 300 last trades 2.2% softer, the Nikkei trades 0.2% higher, the Hang
Seng operates around unchanged levels, while the ASX 200 has outperformed,
adding 1.3%, as all the sectors trade higher, with healthcare leading the way.
- U.S. index futures trade either side of unchanged last.
