Russia Doesn't Expect More Gas Cuts to EU

Russian does not expect to cut off gas supply to any more European customers over their demand to make buyers pay in rubles.

  • Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, "The system is functioning, the system has been fine-tuned, those who receive the gas are working under the new system.”
  • Gazprom has ended contracts with GasTerra, Orsted, and Shell Energy in Germany for refusing to make payments for Russian gas in rubles. They have previously also cut supplies to Bulgaria, Poland, and Finland.
