Refinitiv tracked a tanker called BOURDA which had loaded gasoil from Russia and discharged in Fujairah last week. This will be the second tanker from Russia discharging in Fujairah in the past two weeks.
- Russian middle distillate flows have been searching for alternative destinations away from Europe, though flows to the region remain strong ahead of an oil product ban early next year.
