Russian Artic Ports Oil Exports Fell to Multi-Month Low

Russian crude and condensate shipments via Russia’s Arctic ports fell to 255kbpd lowest level since September 2022 according to Bloomberg ship tracking data.

  • Murmansk crude shipments fell to 234kbpd last month, down from 311kbpd in October, the lowest level since July 2022.
  • Most of the shipments were heading to China in November at 133kbpd, down from 150kbpd in October and the lowest since August.
  • Shipments to India dropped to 33kbpd last month, down from 161kbpd in October.
