Russian Crude Processing Rates Edge Slightly Lower

Russian crude processing rates were at 5.24mbpd during 4-10 April, down by 19kbpd compared with the first three days of April, sources told Bloomberg.

  • Processing rates are near the lowest in eleven months, Bloomberg data showed.
  • Reuters data suggested that Russian offline primary refinery capacity will increase in April to 4.4mn tons, compared with 4.1mn tons in March, partly due to outages and maintenance unrelated to the drone attacks.
