Russian December Arctic Crude Shipments Rose to Six-Month High

Russian crude shipments from Murmansk averaged 345kbpd in December, up from 234kbpd in November and the highest level since June, Bloomberg ship tracking data showed.

  • In addition, 21kbpd of condensate was shipped from the Artic LNG terminal at Sabetta, in line with November levels.
  • Russia shipped 152kbpd of crude from Murmansk to India, up from 100kbpd in November. 65kbpd were headed for China, down from 133kbpd in November.
