Russian Diesel Floats Off Morocco


At least four tankers laden with diesel-type fuel exported from Russia’s Baltic port of Primorsk are floating off the coast of Morocco according to Bloomberg vessel tracking.

  • Morocco’s imports of diesel-type fuel from Russia rose in the lead-up to the EU’s ban on seaborne imports of Russian oil products from Feb. 5.
  • The vessels are the Anaya, Plutus, The Duke of Peace and Sundoro.
