Russian March Seaborne Fuel Exports Fell 4.2% MoM

Russian seaborne oil products exports declined by 4.2% month on month in March to 10.178mn tons due to refinery outages and the ban on gasoline exports, Reuters data and industry sources data showed.

  • Russian daily offline primary oil refining capacity stood at 4.079mn tons in March, Reuters data showed.
  • Oil product exports from the Baltic ports of Primorsk, Vysotsk, St. Petersburg and Ust-Luga last month declined by 9.7% month on month to 5.680mn tons, industry sources data showed.
  • Oil product exports from the Black Sea and Azov Sea ports increased by 7.2% month on month in March to 3.741mn tons.
  • Oil products shipments from Russia's Arctic ports of Murmansk and Arkhangelsk declined to 43,400 tons in March, down by 64.4% on the month.
  • Oil product exports from Russia's Far East ports fell by 1.6% on the month in March to 713,000 tons.
