Russian Oil Processing Rates Fall in February

Russian daily crude oil processing rates declined by 4% in the first two weeks of February to 0.711mn tons per day compared with levels seen in the first half of January, sources told Reuters.

  • Processing rates in the first half of February were also down by 8.6% on the year.
  • Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian energy infrastructure have caused several outages, impacting processing rates.
