Russian Oil Product Exports Tick 160kbd Higher November m/m

Russian oil product exports are tracking higher in November after the government eased export restrictions and refinery runs recovered.

  • Oil product exports totaled 2.25 mn bpd in the first 25 days of this month according to Vortexa figures – 160,000 bpd higher than October.
  • Russia has said its 300,000 bpd voluntary export cuts include oil products.
  • Exports of diesel and gasoil climbed about 7% from October’s total to a three-month high of 860,000 bpd. Some curbs remain on winter diesel exports.
  • Fuel oil exports have gained by roughly 9% to a 7-month high of 795,000 bpd.
  • Naphtha exports remain largely unchanged this month at about 369,000 bpd.
