Russian Urals Average $50.51/bbl 15 Jan – 14 Feb

The average price of the Russian Urals export crude oil stood at $50.51/bbl from January 15 to February 14, the Russian Finance Ministry said.

  • Russian Urals prices remain well below the EU/G7 price cap at $60/bbl.
  • According to the ministry’s calculations, Russia’s crude export duty will go up by $1.4 starting March 1, 2023 to $14.2 per ton. Currently, the oil export duty stands at $12.8.
