SAGBs Firm In Final Session of 2021

  • This follows a mostly weaker session yesterday where the curve closed +4.9-5.9bp bear steeper in 10-30Y yields.
  • 10Y yields failed to establish a new low on 28 Dec, but pulled back from 9.90 in yesterday’s session.
  • 10.00 stands as key topside resistance & 9.70 as downside support.
  • W/w the SAGB curve stands +9-14bp higher in 5-30Y tenors, while 2y yields remain flat for the week.
