Citi and J.P. Morgan to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in
London and the United States, starting Sept 13 2018. 
- Sasol is an international integrated energy and chemicals company, with a
presence in 32 countries. 
- A US$-denominated benchmark-sized SEC-registered offering by the Issuer,
guaranteed by Sasol, with expected tenors of 5.5 years and / or 10 years will
follow, subject to market conditions. 
- Sasol is rated Baa3 (Stable) by Moody's and BBB- (Stable) by S&P, and its
wholly owned subsidiary Sasol Financing USA LLC (the "Issuer").
