SBU Responsible for Russian Oil Storage Strike: Intelligence Source

The earlier drone attack on oil storage sites in Russia's southern Rostov region was carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), an intelligence source said to Reuters.

  • Ukraine is maintaining its offensive to target Russian refining an oil storage sites, primarily via drone strikes.
  • Reuters reported on Monday that Russia’s offline refining capacity has been raised by 114% from the previous plan to 4.1 million metric tons for June – mainly because of stoppages at Tuapse and Komsomoslk.
