Schatz/Bunds remain close to their lows while gilts continue to move off lows

  • Bund futures have been trading in a 134.80-135.03 range for the last 75 minutes or so now (with 134.80 the low of the day and around 120 ticks lower than yesterday's close of 136.02).
  • Schatz yields have traded in a 2.747-2.770% range through that time.
  • Gilts in the meantime have continued to move off their low of 102.84 achieved at 12:12GMT and are now almost 50 ticks higher at writing at 103.31 (although still around 150 ticks lower on the day).
  • 2-year gilt yields are flirting with the 3.50% level at writing, down from the high of 3.5429%.
