UK: Scottish FM Nicola Sturgeon confirms that the 5-mile limit on travel will be
lifted in Scotland (apart from select towns/regions with high case numbers) as
of tomorrow, while beer gardens can reopen from July 6. Face coverings in shops
to be mandatory from July 10. 
- Two-metre social distancing will remain the norm in Scotland but exemptions
will be made for some sectors as long as mitigation measures are in place
(likely to focus on hospitality).
- Sturgeon's comments highlight the haphazard nature of unwinding lockdown in
the UK, with the national gov't in Westminster issuing nationwide orders but
then other measures being taken individually by Welsh, Scottish, Northern
Ireland administrations. English measures controlled by Westminster.
