Single currency continues to watch the moves...>

EURO
EURO: Single currency continues to watch the moves in Italian markets
particularly closely as Italy's FTSE-MIB index is comfortably the poorest
performer in Europe today. Italian banks are the specific drag, with a number of
names suspended from trade (as was the case yesterday). Furthermore, Italy CDS
now trade at the highest since 2013 as markets fear fresh elections. JPY
comfortably the strongest performer in G10 today as markets fly to haven
currencies, with EUR the weakest alongside SEK and NOK.
