EURO-DOLLAR: Slowly clawing its way higher again as market continues to analyse
the earlier report that Berlin region of SPD rejects Merkel coalition talks.
When headline hit if dropped Eur-Usd from around $1.2265 to $1.2216, the rate
currently trades around $1.2246. Traders note that the Berlin vote split was
21-8, the vote is non-binding. Delegates to Sunday's vote are allowed a free
vote. Berlin has 23 delegates out of 600. Rate seen meeting resistance into the
$1.2250 level, a break of $1.2255 to open a move back toward earlier highs
between $1.2280/83,
