CABLE: So far there has been no discernible reaction to comments made by BoE's
Haldane to Sky news, BoE's chief economist said, 'any rise in borrowing costs
should be seen as a "good news story', a sign that the economy was recovering'.
Speculation of a rise in rates has been on the increase since the release of
Septembers BoE Minutes, with the probability of a November hike now standing at
73.9%. Hourly resistance lies at $1.3430, while hourly support is located at
