US TSYS/RESEARCH: SocGen analysts said that "US policy" is "re-coupling" with
Europe. 
- They add that "while the debate over the nomination of the next (US) Fed Chair
continues, the focus next week is likely to be on the ECB meeting's potential
for a further reduction in asset purchases. Global policy re-coupling should
slowly pressure term premiums higher. We recommend shorting the belly via a
3s/7s/10s fly as a carry-efficient way of maintaining a short bias."
