US STOCKS: Some traders eyed Warren Buffett's prediction this week that US Dow
Jones Industrial Average stock index, now at 22,379, would go over 1 million; of
course there's a catch: it would occur in a 100 years' time, he said; that would
be a 3.9% annualized gain over each of 100 years, said WSJ. He said on GEICO's
hurricane related losses that it's "very hard to give numbers" but likely were
"more total losses by quite a margin in Harvey than in Irma," he said, according
to WSJ.
