Spain’s Grenergy Eyes 250MW PV Start

Spanish firm Grenergy will start up its 250MW PV project in southern Spain in the coming months after entering into a supply agreement with manufacturer Ingeteam, the manufacturer said today.

  • The Tabernas project has a generation capacity of around 466.6 GWh/yr.
  • Grenergy has about 472MW of PV currently under construction in Spain, with 282MW, 95MW and 74MW of PV farms in Italy, UK and Poland, respectively, in advance development, according to the firm.
