US TSYS: Speculative buyers jumping in to help fuel Tsys rally on weak data;
cash 10-year note also rallying too. 
- BMO's Ian Lyngen said that "we like resistance at the 2.25% level" on 10-year
notes, "and will note that stochastics have started to curl and if 10-year
yields can close below 2.273% that would be an outside day lower -- a
traditionally constructive signal for bonds." (Cash 10-year note is now at
2.269%.)
