Squeeze Continues

US TSYS

Tsys continue to squeeze higher, with the front end driving the bid, as the reversal of Friday’s late sell off continues, while e-minis pare early losses and crude oil futures hold on to the bulk of their gains. Benchmark Tsys run 3.5-9.0bp richer across the curve., with bull steepening evident. TYZ2 deals +0-02+ at 112-04+, 0-01 off the peak of its 0-12 range. Headline flow remains limited.
