CABLE: Sterling continues to slowly pare more of its recent gains, cable
extending the move back below $1.3100 to $1.3065, just shy of the Jan25 hourly
low of $1.3062. A break of this latter level to expose the $1.3014/12 area. Rate
currently trades around $1.3093 as it performs a partial recovery. Move lower
prompted by the defeat of Yvette Cooper's amendment proposal, which if it had
passed would have extended Article 50 to the end of 2019 if Theresa May failed
to secure a deal by late February. Resistance expected to emerge between
$1.3100/10.
