CABLE: Sterling takes a knock back as UK PM spokesman denies the earlier report
in the Telegraph that suggested the PM would propose to the EU that UK to stay
in the customs union beyond 2021 due to technology issues linked to Irish
border. BBC ministerial sources however have suggested that the Telegraph report
may have some truth. Cable trades back at $1.3495 having earlier traded to a
high of $1.3569 on the press report. EUR/GBP has pushed up to Gbp0.8738 after
trading to a low of Gbp0.8713.
