CHILE - Chile's Constitutional Court ruled that a bill presented by opposition legislators to allow a second withdrawal from pension fund accounts is unconstitutional. For reference, A ruling declaring the bill unconstitutional will stop a third withdrawal from pension funds, Finance Minister Ignacio Briones said in an interview with La Tercera.
