Supertanker to Haul North Sea Forties Crude to Asia

The VLCC Bukha is set to load about 2m bbl of North Sea Forties crude on Aug. 29, according to Bloomberg.

  • The tanker is chartered by Vitol and is expected to move cargoes to Asia, which is the only observed VLCC booked so far this month to move North Sea crude for August loading to Asia.
  • Last month, the VLCC spirit booked by Clearlake loaded 2m bbl of Forties and is now en route to Yeosu, South Korea.
