The curve sits a touch flatter vs. settlement in early Sydney dealing, after largely following the gyrations witnessed in the U.S. Tsy space in post-Sydney trade at the back end of last week. That leaves YM +1.5 and XM +3.5, comfortably off of overnight highs, at typing, while cash ACGB trade sees the longer end of the curve richen by a touch over 4bp.

  • A$300mn of ACGB Jun-51 supply headlines a slim local docket on Monday (more on that later), with the latest round of scheduled RBA ACGB purchases also due.
