US TSYS
US TSYS: T-Notes edge higher in early Asia-Pac trade, last +0-03 at 129-04+,
with Brexit matters, increased tension in Libya and an ongoing war of words
between Iran & the U.S. likely combining to put a small bid into the space early
this week.
- The announcement of formal 20-Year issuance from the Tsy (with firmer details
to follow) resulted in curve steepening on Friday, with flow skewed in that
direction. On the data front, housing starts were particularly strong.
- A reminder that liquidity will be limited today, with adjusted hours/market
closures in play owing to the Martin Luther King holiday (see earlier bullet for
more details).
