BOND SUMMARY
BOND SUMMARY: T-Notes stuck to a 0-01+ range, and last trade at unchanged levels
in one of the more sedate Asia-Pac sessions of recent times, cash Tsys are also
little changed. This came against a backdrop of limited headline flow, as
participants zero in on fiscal developments in DC.
- Elsewhere, JGB futures stuck to a tight range, with a lack of headline
catalysts evident ahead of the elongated weekend. Yields mixed across the curve,
with the breakdown of the BoJ's latest round of 1-10 Year ops seeing mixed
offer/cover developments and wider spreads.
- Aussie bond futures failed to react to an uptick in local COVID-19 cases. YM
-1.0, XM -1.5. A reminder that the latest round of ACGB '29 supply was taken
down by 1 participant, who paid through the prevailing ask of the line at the
time of auction.
