US TSYS: T-Notes surged on Hubei province's daily Coronavirus count as the

number of new cases declared surged (although there are all sorts of questions

re: the new methodology with clinical cases included, does this include numbers

that had been spoken about in the background previously, as outlined in previous

points).

- Nonetheless, contract still +0-04+ at 130-26+, 0-03 off highs, with yields

biased lower at the re-open of cash trade as the front end outperforms long,

yields 1.6-2.7bp lower across the curve as we type.

- Strong volume in T-Notes, > 120K lots have traded already.

- Eurodollar futures print unchanged to 2.0 ticks higher through the reds.
