US TSYS
US TSYS: The aforementioned impulses have supported T-Notes in early trade,
leaving the contract +0-03+ at typing, printing 139-00.
- Fed's decision to reign Tsy purchases back to $15bn per day (prev. $30bn) for
the coming week applied some pressure in late NY trade last week, after the
contract ground away from its Asia-Pac lows throughout the European & NY
sessions, even with equities bid.
- 5s30s went out near/at session steeps on the back of the aforementioned Fed
move.
- Chunky corporate issuance continued, especially given the fact that it was a
Friday, with Ford's $8bn 3-parter the biggest deal of note, supported by recent
Fed measures.
- Eurodollar futures -0.5 to +1.0 through the reds.
