STOCKS: The Chinese stock markets opened the Asia-Pac higher after 8 days out of
action, on holiday for 'Golden Week,' the Shanghai Composite jumped by 1.8% to
the highest level since the beginning of the year. 
- The Hang-Seng has dipped lower, with the descent led by automobiles the
Hang-Seng was last down around 85pts, last week, during the China holiday this
index gained 3.3% so this could just be unwind as it reached its highest levels
for 10 years.
- The U.S and European stock markets closed the overnight session very much
weaker amid geo-political unrest surrounding N. Korea as Russian Lawmakers
returned from Pyongyang with bad news and also tensions in Catalonia, there
could be a declaration of independence on Tuesday this week.
- The Nikkei is currently closed for 'Health and Sports day.'
