COMMODITIES: The commodity complex continues to suffer, particularly in metals
space, with platinum and palladium down 2% and 4.5% respectively and touching
levels not seen since early 2017. The moves in commodities have been reflected
in FX today, with AUD, NZD and NOK the three worst performing currencies in G10
space so far today. Trade tariff concerns remain front and centre, despite US
Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross stating that it's "too early" to say if the US
will impose import tariffs on autos and parts.
