FOREX: The dollar was broadly weaker against its peers during the Asia-Pacific
session, with reports that Special counsel Robert Mueller has issued a subpoena
to President Trump's election campaign for documents related to Russia.
Dollar-yen dropped from Y113.16 to Y112.40. Euro-dollar trekked higher from
$1.1765 to $1.1822. Cable pushed higher from $1.3191 to $1.3244, pre-weekend
squaring also assisted in the rise. Meanwhile, Aussie tried to play catch-up,
rising from 0.7583 to $0.7608, but faded relatively quickly to $0.7590 as macro
sellers were quick to pounce.
