KIWI: The flightless bird looks set to open in Asia toward the lower side of the
$0.6870 to $0.6917 range seen so far today, where risk-aversion has been
somewhat negated by demand against the aussie, leaving the kiwi broadly
unchanged on the session. There is no significant economic data in Asia to
influence trading, local traders expect sideways consolidation heading into the
European open. Support is located at $0.6852 (Dec5 low), while hourly resistance
is noted at $0.6904. Kiwi was last at $0.6877.
