KIWI: The flightless bird opened in Asia at $0.7200 toward the lower side of
yesterday's $0.7187 to $0.7261 range, where news that an agreement had been made
to extend the US debt ceiling and government spending until December 15
underpinned the greenback. There is no NZ economic data, but some movement via
Aussie-kiwi might be seen with the release of Australian retail sales and trade
balance, both due at 0130GMT. Hourly resistance lies just ahead of $0.7240,
while support is being found near to the 100-dma, currently at $0.7191.
