morning trade compared to Tuesday's close despite ECB Nowotny saying that the
end of QE is "within sight", adding to Coeure comments over the weekend as Eonia
fixing dropped to -0.37% the lowest level since Jun 5, 2017 and the 2nd lowest
on record. While German ILO unemployment ticks lower to 3.6% as number of
employed rises by 51k in November. MNI PINCH see a 63% chance of a 10bp rate
hike in Dec 2018, 1y/1y Eonia is 0.1bp lower at -17.5bp & following levels in
short-end Eonia Curve.
