morning trade compared to Tuesday's close as EONIA fixing ticks to fresh
year-to-date low of -0.369%. While French flash PMIs come in lower than
expected. Eurozone flash PMIs are released at 0900GMT with consensus seeing a
slight fall in sentiment. While the main event today will be Fed FOMC minutes,
unfortunately after EU markets have closed. MNI PINCH see a 32% chance of a 10bp
hike in Dec, 1y/1y Eonia 0.2bp lower at -11.5bp & following levels in short-end
Eonia Curve.
