morning trade compared to Monday's close as ECB's Mersch says the economy is
doing better than expected. While German Feb PPI dropped more than expected.
Looking ahead eyes will be on latest German ZEW survey at 1000GMT with consensus
seeing a slight fall in both expectations and current situation, but remain
buoyant overall. MNI PINCH see a 51% chance of a 10bp hike in March 2019, 1y/1y
