morning trade compared to Thursday's close as European markets fade sharp
risk-0off sentiment seen in Asia. Overnight China announced $3bln of tariffs on
US import, while resignation of Lt. Gen. McMaster was also seen adding to
risk-off sentiment. Little date from the Eurozone today so attention will be on
trade, EU summit and US politics. MNI PINCH see a 33.5% chance of a 10bp hike in
March 2019, 1y/1y Eonia 0.1p lower at -18.5bp & following levels in short-end
Eonia Curve.
