GERMANY: The German gov't has postponed its decision on when to reopen schools
and daycare centres until May 6. 
- Gov't has also delayed decision on when to resume professional football
leagues. 
- Meanwhile, some parts of German society are reopening (small shops,
playgrounds, museums, zoos).
- Germany's low mortality rate (4.0/100 cases compared to 13.6 in Italy, 14.5 in
France, and 15.8 in the UK) has seen the country emerge as an exemplar for other
European countries with large populations. 
- As such many had seen Germany's plan for unwinding lockdown as a potential
guideline, meaning the delay could have knock-on effects in other European
countries.
