JGBS AUCTION: The Japanese Ministry of Finance (MOF) will today auction Y2.2tln
15 November 2019 2-Year Bonds.
- The MOF last sold 2-Year Bonds on September 28, the auction drew an average
yield of -0.119%, a high yield of -0.114% and was covered 4.108x. 
- Foreign demand for bonds came in down Y410.36bln earlier.
- The 2-Year yield was last flat.
- Barclays say: "Given the current level of 2y USDJPY basis amid strengthening
expectations for the BoJ's current monetary policy to remain intact for longer,
we find it difficult to expect much in the way of foreign investor demand and
believe dealing interest will be lacking."
- Results due at 0445BST/1245JST. The MOF will also sell Y4.4tln 3-Month Bills
today, results due at 0435BST/1235JST
