JGBS: The JGB 10-Year opened Tokyo lower at 150.39 and blipped higher to 150.47
as the market opened with a large block of JBZ7 at 150.45. The JGB 10-Year began
on the descent to session lows of 150.34 as the BOJ announced purchasing
operations which remained unchanged with bid/covers higher than prior for the
5-10-Year's and lower for the 10-25 and 25+ Years. The JGB 10-Year descended
further as another block trade was given at 150.45 and the 3-Month bill auction
results came in. The JGB 10-Year is currently at 150.39.
- The JGB auction brought in a bid cover of 3.591x and an average yield of
0.1865
- JGB's moved alongside Tsys on the overnight, taking a bid on block trades. 
- Japan PPI out at 0050BST/0850JST, surveyed to be up from prior and surveys
were accurate, PPI came in at 3.0% YoY from 2.9% prior.
- BOJ 5-10, 10-25 and 25+ Year bond purchases helped to flatten the long end of
the yield curve, the 10-Year last up 0.4bp and the 40-Year last down 0.7bp.
