JGBS
JGBS: The JGB curve has bull flattened, driven by offshore dynamics, with
futures last dealing 10 ticks higher on the day, a little shy of best levels.
- In all honesty there was little on offer on the domestic front. The latest
weekly international security flow data provided no notable points of interest,
while the 5-15.5 Year Year liquidity enhancement auction saw the cover ratio
soften as the spreads vs. market moved back into negative territory.
- 1-5 & 10-25+ Year Rinban operations headline the domestic docket tomorrow,
ahead of the long holiday weekend in Japan.
