AUSTRALIA
AUSTRALIA: The latest round of weekly CBA household credit & debit card spend
data revealed that "growth in card spending eased over the week to be 7.2%
higher than a year ago. Growth in spending on both goods and services fell over
the week. The re-imposition of restrictions in some parts of Victoria is
impacting the headline numbers. Rising coronavirus cases in Victoria may be
dampening sentiment in the rest of the country."
